Shipping Policy

Once an item has been confirmed as shipped, SoXquisite is unable to cancel the shipment or provide a refund. The item(s) will need to have been returned (see Refund Policy), or if an issue with shipping (i.e. it was never delivered), SoXquisite will require you to provide the claims/incident ticket # you received from the courier in regards to your dispute.

Once an item has been shipped, you will need to contact the courier if your item(s) have not been delivered. Only with a claims/incident ticket# will SoXquisite look into the dispute and consider providing a refund or in-store credit for item(s) that have been confirmed as not delivered by the courier.
